I’ve run the Masculine Revival Brotherhood for over four years now.
Hundreds of men have walked through the doors.
Week after week, year after year, I’ve led multiple men’s groups, sometimes as many as three at once. Each one a 2.5-hour, high-intensity, high-intentionality environment.
At this point I’ve racked up a cumulative 1,300 hours facilitating men’s groups.
It’s deep work. Demanding work.
And to be completely honest, I’ve overdelivered and undercharged the entire time.
I’ve always loved working with regular guys.
And I’ve prided myself on keeping the Brotherhood both accessible and affordable. I have a real heart for this work, and I’ve always tried to lead with that.
When I started posting on Instagram back in 2020, virtually no one was offering online men’s groups. From 2021 to 2022, Masculine Revival was probably the fastest-growing account in the space.
Now?
Men’s groups and “group coaching” are everywhere.
But here’s the frustrating part: most of the guys running these groups have never actually been in one themselves.
There’s so much grifting in the men’s space right now.
I see guys charging $5,000 for a “12-week mastermind container”, which is just a dressed-up way of saying I’ll talk to you six times on Zoom for five grand.
Are we trying to help men?
Or are we trying to capitalize on their pain?
Sometimes there is legitimate high-ticket value being provided, but again nowadays it seems like everyone just wants to be a “high ticket coach” because they see it as a way to get rich quick.
Stuff like that gives the whole space a bad look, and it makes it harder for men to trust the ones who are actually doing the work for the right reasons.
On the consumer side, too many men fall into the trap of wanting deep transformation delivered in a neat little formula – a 12-week program with guaranteed results.
But in my experience, real personal growth just doesn’t work like that.
That’s why the Brotherhood runs on a month-to-month commitment, and why so many men stay for 1–2 years or longer.
That said — I’m now finding that men are getting results faster than ever.
The system has become more refined, the process tighter, and my ability to help a man break through is sharper than it’s ever been.
First, you have to actually make the changes.
Then you have to prove that you can maintain them, that they’ve become your new normal.
That takes time. Consistency. Real work, and real, on-going support.
The reality of growth isn’t sexy.
It’s not clean. It’s not instant.
But it is real, and real is what we are after.
So yes, I’ve undercharged and overdelivered.
Because I’ve wanted men to feel comfortable committing for the long haul. I’ve wanted them to have the time and space to actually anchor the changes they’re after.
What do I mean by undercharging and overdelivering?
The groups I personally lead are $165 USD every 28 days.
For that, a man gets:
4 group meetings, 2.5 hours each (10 hours/month)
1:1 personal access to me (text and phone) throughout the week
Daily and weekly accountability
A private group chat
A council of other men pursuing real transformation
That’s 10+ hours of group coaching a month, personal 1:1 mentorship from me, and a structured, high-accountability, high integrity brotherhood, for $165!...
Compare that to a single therapy session.
Or to the online coaches charging thousands and thousands with less structure and far less personal investment.
So what’s the hidden cost of overdelivering?
Well, the upside is that I’ve become world-class at what I do.
Thousands of hours working directly with men.
At this point I've seen every issue. I’ve helped men walk through things most people won’t even talk about.
But the downside?
Burnout. Exhaustion. Resentment.
When you pour yourself out week after week, year after year, there’s certainly a cost.
And while this work has made me a better man and leader, there’s no denying it’s taken a toll.
I’ve loved watching men’s lives transform.
But I’ve also had to wrestle with the reality that… if this is going to be sustainable, something has to shift.
Especially as I think about the next 5–10 years: a growing family, increasing responsibility, and my time becoming more valuable, and more limited.
We’ve reached the point where the price for the groups I personally lead has to go up.
In just a few days, the new rate for new members will be $265 USD every 28 days.
Ironically, that’s still undercharging and overdelivering, but it allows me to keep things accessible while making this work more sustainable for my family.
Here’s the breakdown:
$265 USD / 28 days — for groups I personally lead
$165 USD / 28 days — for groups led by one of my trained facilitators
→ Same proven structure and results-focused process — the difference is the level of access to me personally, and the depth of my experience after four years of leading these groups.
If you’ve been on the fence, this is your last chance to lock in the legacy pricing at $165.
I’ve got 3 spots left.
Stop falling for the online grifts.
Get into something real.
Something proven, structured, tested… and built to last.
Let’s get to work.
In your corner,
Brendan
